Cancellation policy
Each rate has its own cancellation and payment conditions, which are shown before you confirm your reservation. The conditions stated in your confirmation are the ones that apply.
To cancel or change your dates, write to us at patagoniaecodomes@gmail.com with the name on the reservation. We will reply with the options that apply under your rate.
If weather or road closures make it impossible to reach the lodge, we will work with you to find new dates.
Privacy
We use your data (name, email, phone number, dates and payment details) only to manage your reservation, your transfer and your stay, and to answer your questions. We do not sell it or share it for advertising purposes.
Payments are processed through our booking engine; we do not store your card details.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to patagoniaecodomes@gmail.com, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information), the authority that enforces that law, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights have been affected.
Terms of stay
Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 10 am. Pets are not allowed. Guests under 18 must stay with a responsible adult.
The lodge has no cell signal and no internet, on purpose. Each dome runs on 12 V solar power, with USB ports.
The photographs and texts on this site belong to Patagonia Eco Domes. Prices are expressed in the currency shown at the time of booking.
Right of withdrawal (cancellation button)
Argentine consumer law gives anyone who contracts a service online a simple way to withdraw from that contract. This section is that “botón de arrepentimiento” (literally, “regret button”), required by Resolution 424/2020.
If you booked through this site, you may revoke your acceptance within ten calendar days of booking, where applicable under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240 and Resolution 424/2020.
To do so, write to us at patagoniaecodomes@gmail.com with the subject line “Arrepentimiento” (withdrawal) and the name on the reservation. We will send you an identification code for your request within 24 hours.
